Why do they do that?posted on 4 February 2012 | posted in When not to use a ladderFriday Morning, New Milton in Hampshire, two guys jump out of a van and using an extension ladder try to stretch to reach a blocked gutter 30 feet above the pavement, that doesn't work so they block off the pavement with their van stopping all pedestrian access along the road and put the ladder on the back of the van and try to reach from there.
